Collective Capital – a collaborative approach.
Collective Capital is a forward-thinking property investment group that works Australia wide. We take a thorough, detailed and responsible approach to investment and offer a fresh take on traditional investor relationships.
Because no two investors are the same, we spend significant time getting to know our clients and understanding what’s important to them. We’re big believers in the power of face-to-face time.
When it comes to creating solutions for our investors we’re not interested in prescribing a generic response; we’d prefer to get creative, make it personal and build a strategy around each client’s unique investor profile. Taking time to partner with our clients in this way means that we can create a customised approach that is both personalised and relevant, and ensures we tap into the greatest potential for every investment.
We view our investments as a shared collaborative journey, and we stand behind our investment choices. Our co-investment rule ensures that our interests are aligned with our investing partners throughout the entire investment cycle.
We aim to deliver returns for our partners through considered strategic development and execution. We start by developing a specific asset approach for each project then look at all the ways that we can deliver the strategy to achieve the best possible outcomes. We work hard to identify value-add opportunities and we draw on our local industry relationships to maximise investors returns.
Thanks to our years of extensive industry experience, we understand the complexities of a competitive investment market. This expertise means that we’re able to draw on a wealth of insights and established relationships. This highly specialised skill set, combined with our human-centric, collaborative approach, ensures we leverage the most favourable outcomes for our clients.
